What happens if I go away or don’t need the service for a period of time?  Let us know at least 24 hours before you leave. You can freeze your service as long as you wish and you will not be charged for it at all. What are your domestics working hours?  Our domestics working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (Saturdays are available) Can my domestic come when I am at work?  You can leave a set of keys with the domestic. You don't have to be in on the day the domestic comes What happens if we are not happy with the domestic?  If you think that the domestic doesn't meet your expectations please give us a call or simply email us and we will have a chat with them. If on the second visit you are still not satisfied, then we will send a new domestic Do your staff have permission to work in the UK?  Home Clean uses only domestics who are fully legal to work in the UK. How long will it take you to find me a domestic?  We try to supply you with a suitable domestic within 7 days Who provides the cleaning materials?  We use your cleaning materials. Clients like the comfort of buying the cleaning materials they like, so their home can smell and feel exactly how they would like it to. However, the domestics may make suggestions for certain products Can your staff wash laundry, iron and shop?  Our domestics are prepared to meet the majority of your needs within the allocated time When can we contact your office?  You can contact us any time. Our normal business hours are from 7:30am to 6.30pm weekdays. What is the minimum number of hours?  As a minimum we offer 2 hours per visit and 4 hours  minimum per month Do I have to be at home when the domestic Comes?  No, not necessarily - 85% of our Clients we are key holders for. Would Home Clean help with an after dinner / party cleaning?  Yes, of course we can and appreciate there is so much planning and organising beforehand that there is little energy for the next day 'after clean'. We offer to take the stress away while you put your feet up What about those extra jobs that come up?  That's fine - we encourage Clients to leave a note on the day for specifics or priorities to be done in normal time scale, however if you require extra time one week contact the office to be accommodated Who do I pay?  Home Clean Domestic Cleaning Ltd.   You will be invoiced direct from Home Clean Domestic Cleaning Ltd by post or email. Invoices are normally sent out mid-month. You may pay by return cheque or bank transfer.
